How to send invoice with free shipping

I currently have an item listed that I do not have free shipping on. I recieved a message from a buyer for $20 including shipping. I want to accept this offer. When I hit reply with offer it asks me to insert the price and it says it does not include shipping.

You could revise the listing & change it to $29 with free shipping or you can deduct the shipping cost from the item price & send that amount as your offer. The total amount of the offer will be $20.

for example, if the item is listed for $22 plus $3 shipping and the buyer is offering you $20 shipped....send them an offer of $17. They’ll pay you $17+$3 shipping=$20
