How to send an invoice when customer has not "Buy it now" on the items.

I sell comic books and a customer wants me to send him an invoice, yet he has NOT  selected "Buy it now" for the items.   Is there a way I can select the items, take off 25% off the price and send a combined invoice to him?

The buyer can put your items in the cart and request a total from you. Good luck.

You can add best offer to the listings he is interested in. Set the bo  for the amount agreed on then it will automatically accept.  Once everything is selected he can then request invoice for the combined shipping

You can "build a listing for him"  with all the items he wants at the price he agrees to.......  Need to cancel the single listings..........

The customer has tried this, but the function does not seem to work. I do not see the items in my "Awaiting payment" listings.  

Another question: Have you other ebay sellers had the cart function NOT work?
