I have sold two items to the same buyer, one item today, which has been paid for, and one item a couple of days ago which has not yet been paid.
I had already sent her one invoice with my standard ship fee. Now i want to send a revised invoice with $0 shipping.
How can I do this?
I am only given the option to send a payment reminder, not to revise the invoice.
If it matters, the buyer is in hong kong

Send the payment reminder it should bring up invoice and combine the second item. You can wipe the postage off there. In seller HUB under awaiting payments find one of the items under the blue feedback on left is a drop down menu. There is also send payment details which is how you send invoice.

No way to do that. Have your customer pay the second invoice in full and tell them you will refund the shipping on that invoice. Keep in mind that is the same as a partial refund and eBay will not refund their fees on your discounted invoice. Just another way eBay launched a very incomplete Managed Payments.

Since buyer has not yet paid for the second item,
you could send them a message to wait until you adjust the shipping to $0.

Thank you so much everyone. I was trying to work from the phone app. Once I went to the desktop, there was no longer an issue. I was able to revise the invoice by all of the ways y'all mentioned.

@allthingssurplus Thank you for the reply. In this case, buyer was unwilling to go the refund route because, as a foreign buyer using foreign currency, they would have had to pay exchange rate fees on the amount to be refunded.

@mycheaperstuff they probably should have left it as 'send invoice' like it used to be, less confusing for all. I only use ebay on the computer never the phone app. I think the phone app its difficult to see everything. Seller HUB on a desk top screen works best for me. You can do everything there even find the old classic my selling page which many sellers love.
