How to sell an INCOMPLETE Set of LEGOS MINDSTORMS ON EBAY? CATEGORY AUTOMATICALLY SAYS COMPLETE

I am trying to list an incomplete set of LEGO MINDSTORMS Robotics.

Is this not allowed on EBAY?   I mean, how do people sell parts?

Ebay’s category system automatically assigns “Complete Set” even if I write “INCOMPLETE” on the title.

Anyone know if on EBAY sellers can no longer sell incomplete sets.  I know we purchased so many incomplete sets here on EBAY years ago. 

Is this a new thing on EBAY?

Are you listing with the 'quick listing tool' or are you using the long form?  If the 'quick', try the other.

I used the one at the top left corner which reads “Sell” and then comes up with a

“What do you want to sell?

Enter keywords or the UPC/ISBN #

I guess that is what you refer to as the quick listing tool.

How do I access the long one?  How do I access long one?

There is a category:

• Toys & Hobbies
• >
• Building Toys
• >
• LEGO Building Toys
• >
• LEGO Bricks & Building Pieces

which is probably were incomplete stuff ought to go.......

put in Lego pieces when it asks you what you are selling and see if that category shows up
