Hi, thanks for your quick response. Buyer only cancelled once, but after he cancelled he changed his mind and wanted to buy the product anyways. I did end up reimbursing him for the original posting; then I reposted the item and ended up buying it. I do understand that there's a such a thing as buyers impulse and looks like that's what happened. But due to the current situation, when he found out that I was unable to refund the money immediately, he didn't want to give me trouble; had to wait a day till I made a sale to replenish paypal account; he then paid for the same item and emailed me to send the item. It was a happy ending in this particular case. More importantly, he immediately gave me a very kind feedback. Item is on it's way; he doesn't know it yet but he's getting an extra gift for buying the item and for the very nice feedback!:)
