I just made my Ebay account because i wanted to sell some sneakers. I made a listing and when I want to list it, it says i have to require higher selling limits, and the only option to do it is to call them. I would love to call them, but the problem is I am from Serbia and it would cost a lot. I would like to know is there another way to request higher selling limits?

Hello and welcome.
New sellers are generally limited in the dollar amounts and number of listings when just starting out on eBay. It is unlikely your limits will be raised at this time, because the “probationary” timeframe for new sellers usually runs for several months while you show them you are an upstanding member of the selling community.
I would urge you not to list expensive items as a new member. There are pitfalls to selling here and you could lose your item and/or money to scams. Not to scare you, but i never recommend new sellers list high dollar items to start with. You need to learn how the platform functions and how to protect your interests first. There is a lot to learn here.
With these warnings said, you might try posting on eBay’s Facebook or their Twitter account to reach a customer service person, as opposed to phoning. You might be able to reach someone by doing that.
Wish you much success and good luck.
