How to report a listing

I reported a racist listing and was emailed that it didn't violate policies. Then I called and had a human look at it last week. It still is up. I am usually like "live and let live" but this is a disgusting racist listing, no grey area. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share the listing number but we would happy to if allowed.

I'm not sure why Ebay thinks this is ok. How can I get them to take it down?

"Seems more like the internet trolling of a 12 year old than anything else though."

Did you read the subject line?

Thank you, I spoke to them on the phone and had them verify that they read the subject and they still didn't take it down, now that you have reported it as well, I hope they will

What the .... ???  I don't know why on Earth someone thinks they'll sell a mostly-used roll of toilet paper for 13 hundred bucks, but that is its' own mystery I guess. -Whey do you think it is RACIST????

Is this a joke?  Do you think you're being funny?

Look at the Item Specifics.

Re: How to report a listing

Searching for the offensive word on eBay turns up 600 listings.

It would seem that the offending word is perfectly fine in certain parts of the popular culture, as hard as it is to believe.

I'd cancel all those listings if I was in charge.

You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.

I've seen all sorts of listings that advertise 1930s German stamps and posters which glorify the Nazis.

Stamps and coins with Nazi symbols are allowed.  But posters, no.   Here's the distinction: posters are propaganda; their purpose is literally glorification and nothing but.  Coins and stamps are government-issued realities that all citizens have to use in day-to-day life, whether or not they agree with the government's goals and actions.

Thank you.   I am aware of eBay policies.

Maybe a story on how eBay tolerates racist expressions in its listings?

eBay on Facebook just wrote back to me:

"Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.  I have forwarded the report to the proper team and should be looked at and actioned shortly."

I could have sworn you talked about two things actually, and I replied about those two things. Stamps and posters.  I mean your post is right there ^.
