How to remove calculated shipping rule?

How do I remove a calculated shipping rule in Shipping Preferences -> Combined Shipping Rules and set it back to "not specified?"  I want to allow combined shipping, but only if the buyer adds multiple items to their cart and then requests an invoice.

Do the opposite of turning in on the listing.  You have four active listings, so best to just revise them one by one.  

Not a good idea to say you will only allow combine shipping if a buyer does a specific thing like put the items in their shopping cart and then from the shopping cart request an invoice.  Lots of buyers won't be doing that.  Some because they can't as the mobile app has had problems with that for a very long time.

I offer combined shipping savings and I don't mind if buyers contact me for an invoice after they have completed their shopping.  If they paid too, then I just refund them the overcharge for shipping.  While a little extra work, I welcome the buyers and certainly the sales.

Click the pencil, change the dropdown to "No discount", hit Next then Save
