Sorry if this subject has been asked and answered. I did a rather extensive search and I'm not finding anything. I have listings that contain variations. The listing is up and running for a couple months. I have several people "watching" the listing....

Of all the worthless messages I get from eBay, the most useless one is the expired offer message.

I am almost sure that NO ONE cares that their offer has expired. It seems most offers that I send probably don't go anywhere period. AND don't get me started on this GREAT messaging system they have created!!

If a pot'l buyer contacts a seller on an ended listing asking "will there be more of these for sale.." are we (as sellers) obliged to answer? This some new scam? Never been contacted before on a past sale.

I have never had to do a refund. How do I do a Refund? I want eBay to help. The buyer recieved an item and it was damaged and the package was crushed. They sent pics and it looks like the item.
