Our business is growing and we need to hire an employee to do basic tasks such as setting up drafts/listing items. How do you guys hire people and limit their accounts?
I dont see how making another user ID would be any different. We dont want them to be able access most of the important info on seller hub. I tried looking up 3rd party listers but with turbo lister shuy down I'm not sure where to go from here. You cant trust anyone.

I would say TL .... but even then when you let someone have access to your computer or account.
It's like letting them use your tooth brush... are we that close....
At best they could do half the work... the pictures and the text.
But you would still need to proof it and make corrections.
We are talking major trust issues here, like taking on a partner...

Agreed. To answer the earlier question we dont have or use turbolister and ebay is not offering downloads anymore. Basically I gathered no one could really be trusted and whatever you do it is really risky to hire help. We are based out of FL with all the crazies, so this sounds like a risk I don't think I would take.

FWIW, I'm with Yme RE: 3rd party listing program...
But, unless you sell a lot of similar new items, I would check every listing which seem to be a reason for snads. Measurements, condition, pictured defects in items.
Looks like asking for problems to me...

Send an email to SixBit. I use them and am very happy with the service they provide. They will answer your questions quickly.

Pay your employees a rate commensurate with the responsibilities of representing you as an agent of your business. Don't fetter them with obstacles that stop them from doing their jobs and force them to eat into your productive time every time they hit those obstacles, and it will pay off, I promise!
