Just received my first negative feedback, and it is actually pretty funny. I sold a set of dollhouse furniture to someone who was unhappy that it was dollhouse-sized, and not human-sized.
The table and chairs were described as dollhouse scale in the listing, and photographed with a ruler to show that the table was about 6 inches long.
Will this likely qualify under ebay's negative removal standard? And if so, how do I contact them and ask for removal?
Bonus points: Should I leave feedback for the buyer, and if so, what?
Thank you!

If the fly was in the picture, maybe the buyer would have utilized a bit of common sense. But I doubt it.

I got a Neutral feedback once for cancelling an order the customer asked me to cancel. He bought a GPU card and told me he had No Computer.

I got one of those, too - it was for a remote - the buyer had asked me to cancel the sale so I did, no questions. Then he left me a neut saying he had canceled the sale because he had found his remote. It was so funny that I just left it with no comment. 😁

Yeah but at least he had a TV, imagine someone ordering a remote but doesn't own a TV.
