How to find specific sellers

I would like to be able to find specific types of seller's store fronts, for example vintage accessories. I would like to, while following  Ebay rules, reach out to a seller to inquire if they are interested in buying my lot of vintage accessories for their store front. Is this possible? Thank you for any information!

You would have to list your wares on eBay.  You could list as a wholesale lot or lots.   You can't contact other sellers and offer to sell them merchandise.  Got to list on eBay.

How would eBay get their take, their share for providing the selling platform?  It is not free to sell.  EBay is an International Business with shareholders, employees and users.   

You may not intend to but it's sort of like shoplifting.  The business host store (eBay) gets nothing.  EBay generally gets a 13% cut of the total dollar amount - the item price, the shipping and the sales tax.
