You mean retail or wholesale prices? If you are asking about wholesale, you aren't likely to get other sellers to tell you where they purchase stuff so you can compete with them.

Garage sales, estate sales, auctions, thrift stores, stores going out of business, sale racks at retail stores, are all good places to find things to resell.
If you are wanting to buy new things from a certain manufacturer to resell, you will have to do the legwork on that yourself. No one here will tell you anywhere to contact. A lot of manufacturers don't even want their items sold on eBay. Some manufacturers will allow their items to be sold on eBay but you must be an approved vendor. There are a lot of variables so you will need to search and research.
A word to the wise: Don't dropship.

If you have friends/family with a retail business.....see if they will sell to you at their cost........compare sold prices before buying to see what kind of profit you would make.........

Well, i was doing that stuff for about 15 years before i started auction venue myself
I will help you guys, surprised no one posted here
1. Auctions. Google national and local auction around you. Some work and y need to understand what y doing. Give you some example Bidspotter - probbaly easiest one, Govdeals (used to be go-dove) , Proxibid, auctionet and many others
2. Costco/Amazon returns and etc liquidations. Google or ask around for it. Lot of work and risk, but you will get what y asked for
3. UPS/FEDEX overgoods. Kind of difficult to get to, but may be around
4. Shipping containers overgoods. Only if you near by
Do not listen to others to buy from "distributors" . You will get nothing good out of it, only loose money since you will have no leverage and sell "me too products" . You need have a huge initial price differential to be safe
Good luck to all and hope y will make a good use of it

You are not going to find a consistent and legal source of name brand items that you can buy and sell for a profit, just not going to happen.
Take a look at what is available on Amazon prime, Walmart, and every other big box store and do not even bother looking for any of that stuff.
The best way in my opinion is to drill down into the obscure corners of a specific niche and try to find a need that is not being met.
