Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if/how it's possible to find an order from 2019 or even 2018?
I tried looking at the "All Order" tab, but that only goes back 90 days.
Is there a way to look back further than that?
Thanks!

you can look at paypal to find it............it would be listed on your ebay invoice and you can go back that far on those......but wouldn't give you any info except the title......

If you have such notices delivered to an e-mail account like gmail then you can do a search there.

This is my method, too. I have a dedicated Hotmail account that is used for eBay business only, and I never delete anything from it, so I can search for listings, buyers or whatever going back to my first sales in 2004. (Yikes. That was waaay too long ago now.)

It's in your purchase history:
https://www.ebay.com/myb/PurchaseHistory
Use the dropdown menu to select the year.

If you go to My ebay > Summary > Account > Seller account
the oldest Invoice available is dated May 2019.
What I do at the beginning of each new month, is go to my Orders > Paid & Shipped
and I change the date to the previous month and print out the pages. I 3-hole punch the pages and place them in my binder so at the end of the year, I have all the figures for my federal income tax return.

If the order was through paypal, you can get it there. You can run a report for a specific time period. I think the data goes back 7 years. You can get date, time, email address, shipping address, item title, shipping amount, item amount, tax, and much more.
I have all my paypal transactions from 2001 until I went into managed payments this July in a database.
To run a report, click on the activity menu, then on Statements (there are four lines above it), and run a custom report.

If it's an order you sold, eBay does not keep the transaction information that long. Storing information is not free and not worth the cost. I wouldn't want to pay more for that service.

I should clarify - This is a customer's order I'm looking for, not something I bought. Sorry if I didn't make that clear in the original post!
I did check there, and found nothing on an order I was looking for. I also checked Paypal and no luck there.
Looks like I checked everywhere that could be checked, so thanks for your help everyone!!!
