Buyer leaves seller positive feedback but wants to change the content while keep it positive (I'm NOT talking about change from positive to negative). How to do that? If not possbile to change the content of a positive feedback, it it possible to remove it?
If the feedback content violates eBay policy, either party can request the feedback be removed or the content adjusted to eBay's generic reason. Neither buyer nor seller can edit existing feedback content.
As mentioned, the buyer can add a follow-up comment to clarify the original statement.

Agree with all the above. The feedback comment is not all that bad, and replying to it or having the buyer post a followup comment will only draw needless attention to it. Leave it as is, and before you know it, it will have rolled onto the second page of feedback anyway, and no one will ever see it after that.
Ive had this "accident" myself when using an iPad, more concerned with fast buyer service/shipping, than detail. I entered "leave feedback" and wham! entered with pretyped existing feedback I'd used previously which was for a seller, not buyer. while inappropriate words, fortunately it was positive. In times like this it wouldve been helpful to revise. Instead I simply dropped a note to the buyer explaining what happened.
