Before the eBay new payments management (as seller), I was able to select any payment type I wanted for the sales; I typically excluded Paypal.
Now, when I sell and item, there is no option to exclude Paypal, and I can't find where I can do it.
Is it possible to disable Paypal payments for sales? If so, where can I do it?
Thanks.

You can't remove it with MP. The real question to ask is Why would you? Paypal is just another payment method for a buyer to use. This will have no affect on you receiving payment to your bank.

I thought: Paypal will NOT refund the seller their fee if there is a return of the item for buyer refund. Even through MP.
Can you confirm that this is not so?

Sellers in Managed Payment don't pay any fees to PayPal so there is nothing to withhold! eBay refunds all MP fees (except the 30 cents) when sellers accept a return and issues a refund, that happens regardless of the payment method used by the buyer.

Your seller processing fees are paid to Adyen/eBay Managed Payments and not PayPal.
PayPal has no connection to you as the seller. You paid no fees to PayPal. There are no PayPal fees associated with any transaction.

Another reason to wish to disable Paypal and other mobile payments is that the idiots elected to the federal government in the U.S. in this last election cycle are virtue signaling by trying to track transactions over mobile payment apps so that they can rake in even more money to waste. This is fine if you want the government to be closely watching everything thing we do. As we all known, government officials are *always* smarter than the citizenry so what is there to worry about right? RIght?

I think you must have misread something.
