I was just forced into managed payments and it's a complete nightmare, I can't copy buyer's addresses without having to copy each part of the address (name, street, city, etc.) one by one because the "copy entire address" feature copies the address all on a single line which no shipping software recognizes.
Please tell me this is a temporary glitch or that there's a better way as this would be so time consuming it may not be worth continuing to sell on eBay.

Have not had problems with this, what browser are you using??

I've been in MP for a long time, but I use eBay for my shipping labels. I didn't know this issue was an issue. Hmmm...

My ship to addresses are just as they were before, no issues whatsoever....

I used to copy the address from the PayPal payment email, I now have to copy it from within my eBay account and the "copy full address" option copies it all on one line with no spaces like:

If I want to copy an address I go the item page that sold and hit order details
that brings up a 3line address..you can copy and paste into notepad if you want
I only ever need to do this with registered mail international
I have been using ebay shipping forever and there is no need fo me to copy and paste with it
of course when I have a problem I use paypal shipnow and have to transport the address to it
ebay does have some clipboard feature and I have never used it
I do not think MP has much to do with it.
the seller hub has been wonky for 5 days or so......end a listing does not work for me on 2 browsers
it goes right to the problem page

What shipping software are you using? Sorry, I'm still confused...

Just went to order details and there is an option to "copy full address to clip board". It is formated correctly ........

You are saying that having issues copying an address is going to cause you to quit selling?!?!
Let me help you out......
Stop now!!!! because this will be the most insignificant issue that may arise.
Selling via any online venue may not be part of your journey.
I wish you well,
Grandma
Ps. Old school paper and pencil next to my computer...always😁

I've been in Managed Payments since January and I can copy the addresses just fine, like always.

Never heard of this issue.
1) Seller hub
2) Click "Print packing slip and more"
3) Click: "Pick list"
Right there at the top is the buyer's address and all that. Print it, snip it, take it to the order.
Easy peasy
Even easier when printing a label.

I see you're registered in Canada, although I'm not sure if that would be significant.
How are you printing your labels right now? Through eBay, or a third party?

Do you not have copy full address as an option? Also, what software are you using that doesn't import the address and shipping details for you?

As someone else mentioned it might be your browser. If I use Internet Explorer it will NOT copy. But if I use Firefox is WILL copy.
But considering you can print your labels right on eBay and use Paypal to pay for it why take the time to open and cross reference to Paypal?

because the "copy entire address" feature copies the address all on a single line which no shipping software recognizes.
Open up NotePad and paste it there. If you are in the Purchase Shipping Label page, just drag and copy it there (upper right of screen), open NotePad in Windows, or a text editor if you are in another OS and paste it there. If you are trying to copy from "View Order Details" and use the "Copy Address to Clipboard", again paste it to NotePad or a text editor. Your software is not recognizing the paragraph return. Just use a text editor. When I had to make labels using FedEx's own website, I had to do it line-by-line back in the day.
