How to contact buyer, please.

I've just sold my first posting in a couple of years, but didn't know it until today - which is a week too late.  So I'm packed and ready to ship first thing tomorrow (Monday) and I'd like to notify buyer that I'm sorry to be so late.  Can anyone help me?  These newer Ebay upgrades have me quite confused and I can't find buyer email/message address?

Go to SELLER HUB, ORDERS (click CONTACT BUYER).

Found Seller Hub, Found Orders, then All Orders,... but I can't find Contact Buyer.  Sorry to be such

a pain.

find the order......look on left side next to title..........it's a drop down menu.......click on the down arrow and contact buyer will be in that list............

just a tip.........if you have something listed......check ebay once a day........don't depend on emails........to see if anything sold.......

Personally I wouldn't.

Either the customer is waiting impatiently and will not be pleased that you didn't ship immediately or he hasn't noticed and will be happy when it eventually arrives.

You might instead pay to upgrade your shipment to a faster service.

EBay sends you an email when you sell something. Is that email service on your phone? That can be more useful than having those notices come to a computer you don't use daily or if you travel a lot.

In your listing underneath the type of shipping you are offering is "handling time",a drop down menu

choose how many days it will be shipped from when it is purchased,this will give you some elbow room next time around😃

I order a battery charger and it was sent back to the seller. I still need this battery charger for my sureshot canon camera. Whats going on why was it sent back to the seller. did you forget to add my address.
