This keeps coming up. Someone in another country buys several items. They don't want to pay the international shipping per item. Yes, I know I can cancel the orders, make a new listing with all items, get them to buy it and they only pay the one. That's a lot of work and iffy. Any other way to do it?

eBay announced that they had changed the program to 'allow' combined items for EIS. However, I believe you have to wait your turn to be included, as it is being "rolled out" and not particularly available to every seller who uses EIS.

If you haven't gotten an email from ebay stating you've been included for EIS combined shipping, it's all you have for now. Even when you do get to combine shipping, not all items are allowed for combining or international shipping through ebay's EIS. I can combine fishing lures and reels but not fishing rods( can't even use EIS for fishing rods)
