How to combine 20 items & send Offer for a lower amount than listed at?

How Would I combine 20 items that are listed as Fixed Price all with Best Offer...for a combined Lower offer to an interested buyer?
Any help appriciated

My kneejerk reaction is to have your buyer (assuming they're aware) put the items in the cart and request a total from you.

As it is, you can only send offers for each item 1 at a time. If I have a buyer who's interested in that many items at once, we usually negotiate through messages and agree on a price. After that, I give them a timeframe to let me know when they've reached a decision, i.e. "Please let me know within 24 hours if you would like to proceed with the purchase of the [20] items at $XXX". 

If they confirm, I make them a bundle listing for all the items with one fixed price.

    If you have immediate payment required on all the listings this may be a problem. The last time I tried to purchase multiple FP items that had immediate payment required I placed them all into a cart but when I went to checkout since immediate payment was required there was no way for the seller to adjust the shipping cost and send me an invoice. 

     Worked with the seller and told her what items I wanted and she created a new listing with the items I was interested in with a combined shipping cost and told me when it was ready, even provided the listing number. Still BIN with immediate payment but no problems/issues. 

     Immediate payment required is a nice feature on BIN FP items but it can cause problems if you are trying to purchase multiple items from a seller and get a consolidated shipping cost.

I'd make a special Fixed Price listing for them, cutting and pasting all the descriptions into the new listing along with all the pictures I can.
Then give the buyer's name as the title (this is the most efficient way of keeping out those who might Search for "private listing" or other titles).

Tell the buyer how to find it and how long it will be open.

If he misses the deadline (48 hours seems ample) the listing is closed and he goes on my BBL as a time waster.

Most buy within hours if not minutes. Only once have I used the BBL in about 10 years of doing this.
