Active Listing Reports

For the past couple of weeks when I run an active listing report it turns up about 40 items short of what it should be.  As an example, I currently have 373 items listed but the report I just ran shows 340.  And it's not the latest items I listed, they're included.   Does anyone know why this is happening?   I really depend on the reports.

If there are missing listings, it could be eBay has removed them. Last year they announced that older listings without recent sales might be removed. See link below for policy.

“We'll only remove a listing for one of the following reasons:

• It violates one of our policies.
• It violates a law.
• The rights owner of the item requested its removal.
• It's been active on the site for a year or more without any sales.”

I don't understand....if my listings are on eBay, how could they have been removed?

I see 372..............  last nite was maintenance nite so somethings go screwy...........see if it isn't ok today..........

I just ran the report.  It shows 352 items and MyeBay shows 375....still missing 23 items on the report.
