How to close a buyer's case ?

The buyer open a case when she did not receive her product, two day after she got it but the case still open on the seller"s side because she didn't close the case on eBay, What can I do ? Thank you

There should be a way for you, as the seller, to click on VIEW RETURN CASE and then ask eBay to step in. Or, even better: send them an email (to Customer Support). You need to be a bit persistent to locate the E-mail Us link, but start by clicking on the HELP link at the top of the page. Eventually, after clicking "No," for "Was this helpful?" you will see the e-mail link on the left. Good luck

If (1) the tracking was properly associated with the shipment when it was shipped, and (2) the tracking shows delivered, and (3) the "work it out period" has expired, which I think is 5 days now ... then you can escalate the case to eBay.
