How to change the payment method after the sale

Hi... My buyer selected to pay by cash on collection, but I am now sending the item by courier, and therefore require payment before doing so. How can I change how the buyer pays? The buyer said she believes I need to change it but I can't see how to?! Many thanks.

The only way to change a payment method is to cancel the sale and have them re purchase the item

sounds like the buyer was going to come and pick up and pay after inspecting the item, but now they want you to ship it to them. Is that correct?

Have you tried sending them an invoice with shipping cost?

 Since the OP is in the UK and posts on ebay.co.uk, his/her listings will not appear on ebay.com.
