How to cancel an order for non payment/no communication from buyer.

I have a buyer that has not paid on a winning bid on an item. I have contacted through message and still no payment/communication. It has been nearly 4 days.

The only thing I found was CANCEL ORDER which only gives me three reasons and not one is for non payment.
