How to ask and expert seller

I have used this facility before and had answer answered just by clicking link in email when item did not sell now I'd like the answer anther question but link does not work and I cant find ask an expert in eBay app or webpage

I have an item for sale that is not selling it says it relist 8 times for free but I'm getting charges every month why ?

Do you have an add-on listing service? Certain things cost extra (double listing category, subtitle, etc)... you get charged the fee for those things every tine your listing re-lists.

You can have a free listing, no problem, you probably have something selected that isn't free...

Off topic, but I found the ID you've chosen to be interesting.

Go over the listing carefully. As @ajs_coins_and_alchemy  stated, you have selected something like BOLD print or a second category. Those are not free. If it is an auction, a reserve price is not free. 

There are probably other choices as well.

Can't remember if a particular automated start time is free or chargeable.

It is something selected within your listing that is seeing the reoccurring charges.
