I have used this facility before and had answer answered just by clicking link in email when item did not sell now I'd like the answer anther question but link does not work and I cant find ask an expert in eBay app or webpage

I have an item that is not selling at first I put it on with a buy it now and reserve and minimum but now it should just be on as a free relisted item 8 times for free but I am getting charged every month on it why are the 8 free relistings not free ...
