I am asking my fellow ebay sellers how to answer a question politely when that question is ridiculous. Such as if the item is new when the ad says, "new."

Many of us bought here for years before item specifics and sometimes forget they are there. They are often printed in tiny type and hard to read in any screen smaller than a desktop. As far as I’m concerned important info should be in the description. That’s where most people look for it
Your ads are like those ads that say look at the picture. I'm not surprised you’re getting questions

What could be improved in my ads in your opinion?

So I have lipstick posted in an ad. In your opinion what should be in the description in the body of the ad?
1 - Mary Kay New Lipstick New in Box. Other than that what can I add?

What kind, I assume they have matte, moisturizing etc, color, whether it is full sized or sample?
unless it’s all already in the title

I see you already have it in the title. I’d probably still repeat it. I see the description as the place to put the sizzle. Most people have descriptions so yours looks a little incomplete.
