How to add the sku number when listing on the computer

I'm looking under UPC in item specifics where it would be on the phone and it's not there. I would be doing my listings on the phone but too many errors that won't let me list items on the app. Spinning circles.

It is under the pictures, just to the right of the title. "Edit all options" and you can turn on the SKU window.

It's not showing up there for me on the laptop or the phone. Any other ideas?
