How to add product ratings/reviews to listing

I would like to add an option for customers to leave a rating on my product listing but cannot find the option. Any suggestions?

Basically, select your item from the Ebay catalog.

I have added UPC codes to my listings and still have not had success in adding reviews to my product listings. I would really like to offer our customers the option to leave reviews. Are there any other suggestions?
