How to I combine purchases and shipment for one buyer

Hi everyone: I have sold three items to one buyer who wants me to combine them in one shipment (change to ground shipment) and pay for everything at once. I’m not sure how to do this as she won the items separately in auctions. Can anyone give me some direction?  Thanks!

presuming the shipping is the same class.........all ground.....

Go to the shipping page of one item, look in upper right corner for bulk shipping and click on that....it will take you to another page that asks if you want to combine shipping, check off the items you want to combine........fill in the wt/dimensions, etc......

There are other ways to get there, this is just simplest to me.....

You can also go to your "Awaiting Shipment" page for all the items.  In between "Actions" and "Order Details" for each item that was sold, is an arrow.  Click on that until you get down to "Refund."  Click on that, and you will be sent to the "Refunds" page, where you can enter the amount that you wish to refund the buyer.

Keep in mind, however, that you may have to enter the identical tracking number multiple times, in order to show that ALL items have been shipped.

When the same buyer purchases more than one item, you can go to the sale and click to send invoice. All the sales to that user will come up and you can send the combined invoice and adjust the shipping price.

First go here,

and click the box on the items you want to ship together. Then click on the "Shipping" drop-down and select "Purchase shipping label". That should take you here,

Click the boxes on the items you want to ship together and click on the "Combine" box. Next select the shipping service and fill in the other info (weights, etc.) and when you are finished click on the "Purchase label" box and you should be taken to the Print Label page. HTH.
