How the heck does a seller get to TALK or EMAIL a real eBay PERSON?????

I keep getting a message from eBay saying that they can't pay my bank (note eBay is the only outfit that can't)  and to sign up with another bank.  But when I try to enter the details of another bank eBay's website just hangs.

 

I also have another issue regarding eBay hipping labels.  I cancelled a USPS label via eBay  because it didn't have enough  postage.   eBay's  shipping dept website has recorded the cancellation but when I try to order another label eBay says I can't because a label for the item has already been issued.  I can't find a way of calling or emailing eBay customer service.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I have always gotten a response within 24 hours, frequently less if I send it in the AM.

 

At the top of every eBay page is a link "help&contact"

 

Click that and immediately scroll to the the bottom of the next page that opens. There you will find and email link. Use that. It has always worked for me.

good luck with that!   you can join facebook,  APARENTLY thats were ebay's customer support is... or join costo....

@userisme On the payments page on desktop there is a button you can click to request a call back.  It should be on the right side of the screen.

i have been trying for 2 months to verify my phone number  (same one i have used for 10 years on ebay)   finding someone to talk to about that simple problem has left me frustrated having spent 2 months of my time.   the real salt in the wound is  ebay ASKS if they can call me on that EXACT PHONE to help me.  i have manage to get to customer sevice wich sounds like they are in india. most dont speak English  so its hard to understand them  none have fixed my problem and  the funny part is when they CALL ME BACK  on the very phone EBAY CANT VERIFY .  INSANE!!!    i have desided ebay is INCOMPETENT.

Thanks for your help everyone.   At last I was able to talk to a helpful person but he couldn't fix it either.  Turns out he found out there is "technical issue."   He is going to report it and get back to me when it is solved.   Isn't it interesting that these days one seldom experiences problems paying any company but getting paid or receiving a credit is frequently a drawn out and troublesome process.
