I have a potential buyer who sent 3 messages to me yesterday (Sunday), and 3 more this morning. I haven't answered them yet. All of them pretty much are different questions basically asking... "Do you have 2XL?", "Is it made in USA?", "I bought many from other sellers and they stink, Is this well made?", "What is the fabric, is it good?", "I have the item in my cart, can I get free shipping?"
Finally their last 6th message this morning is her calling me out on not responding to her... saying she has messaged me numerous times and I haven't answered any of them. She tells me that this isn't good customer service and I'm on thin ice. Also says since she is a potential new customer for me, I should provide service that she deserves to make a sale... to run my business.
I've already blocked this buyer in my BBL list. How would you reply to this buyer's messages though... or would you even?

As a buyer, if my question goes unanswered, I move along to another seller. (However, I wouldn't feel the need to chastise the seller over it.) So please say, why didn't you answer any of her queries?
I do understand your perspective and respect your method.
I don't ebay on Sundays... especially since I was celebrating Father's Day. I don't get many buyers who get upset when I don't respond during the weekend. The buyer sent multiple messages throughout the day that honestly I just don't find it worth it to be "on-call" every minute of the day.

I would absolutely NOT reply at all.
I would be afraid, and hope they go away.

I’d retype all the replies you sent previously and then quietly block them from buying your auctions, to be honest. This is the kind of buyer who will Rain fire and fury on you if anything goes “wrong” for them, if it’s your fault or not. Short doesn’t fit? Your fault. USPS takes 3 days longer than their projected time? Your fault, like you control the US mail.

It's as if those initial messages are "probing" to see if there is a human on the other end...
However the buyer is clearly flustered at this stage, it's probably nothing to do with this particular seller. More like a buyer that's been lost in a cluster of search results finally lands on this seller's products and it still isn't quite what the buyer was looking for so here we go with the questions, you get the idea...

Would have been an instant block from me.

Normally, would you answer these questions?

Yes, not the ones asking for my opinion though... like if it's well made. I once had a SNAD filed long ago because I confirmed that an item was soft and they disagreed when they received it.
I even normally answer questions about how come I didn't reply yet (when the message is sent during the weekend). But normally those messages aren't sent with rudeness and I didn't foresee problems selling to those previous buyers.

After you blocked her, i would just ignore her and not answer any of her messages. She will eventually go away.
