How many more months til First Class shipping is back in the app? Waiting since July.

Really tired of not having first class shipping option for my items weighing under 13 oz since the app update. Was told it would be fixed. But I’ve been told a lot of things by ebay that turned out to be nonsense so thought I’d venture to ask again.

Being forced to list as either economy or Priority is ridiculous when most of my items ship First Class. Buyers just see economy shipping which gives impression I’m a cheapskate or a gouged or something. Please just fix it already.

I print First Class labels every day.

Your current listings have been done without the app? The ones I checked showed first class or Priority shipping.

Here’s one that should be First Class but did not give me the first class option so I had to choose standard which says unavailable in the listing tool, but it let me at least put in an amount.

I used the app for all of them. I only have an iPad for my ebay stuff.

I don’t use the ebay shipping labels, so since the app update I’ve had a bazillion headaches and problems. The app update pretty much sucked out any little remaining enthusiasm I had about selling on eBay and have pretty much resigned to selling what I have left and move on. Too many time consuming unexplained issues That seem to drag on and on lol.

I guess I missed that one.  It is odd though that it isn't consistent.

It is frustrating when there are site problems.

Have you thought about switching back to the regular classic view on your ipad? I normally list on my PC but I also use my ipad on ebay for some things but I don't use the app.

Check the weight on those items.

I didn't see FC option if my item was over a pound, but it did give me the option when I dropped it to 16oz or less.

That’s one of the new annoying changes. Since I don’t use the ebay shipping, it is like its forcing me to add all that for their shipping system that I don’t use. I have limited function in my hands so every extra step is literally painful. Why I use the app; fewer steps.

I didn’t have to put all that in to get first class before the app update. I have dealt with tech support about it and they said they would fix it, but ...

This is the first time I've even looked at the App for creating a listing on my iPad.  I don't know how I'd do it!  It was awful with lots of pre-filled stuff that I wouldn't want, dumped it into the GSP (which I use selectively), No Returns applied (even though I've always taken them), a 15 cents insertion fee for I don't know what - on the first item I attempted 

It filled in Pricing for me too... made it an Auction automatically, with a $15.30 start bid and Offers "on above $8" whatever that is.  The 2nd attempt didn't pre-set the price/format

It filled in shipping info (weight/dimension) that was totally inaccurate both times I drafted.

Yep, and that’s only the beginning of ebay app for iPad improvements... I have very little hair left from pulling it out lol!
