I have been on eBay for 2 years and starting selling Sports cards, eBay limits my selling to 5 items and 500 a month, for the last 2 months I have hit the max and when I request to be allowed to sell more it states "Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase. You may need to build up your selling history or wait until your current monthly limit is reset before you can request another increase to your selling limits"

You will need to consistently keep listing to keep raising your limits.
If you quit selling for a while the limits go back down.
Just keep working at it.

Have you had any issues with your orders? Sometimes that prevents the ability to raise your limits slightly.
I always thought you needed 90 days of selling history to ask for an increase, but I could be wrong on that. Make sure you ship on time, answer any/all emails you receive and address any Buyer concerns asap.
Hang in there - things will get on track before long. The slow pace in the beginning is as much for your protection as a new seller as it is for the Buyer to have a safe buying experience on the site.

Looks like you have not sold much at all over 2 years and just started selling again in June. Hang in there and keep selling, increases will come in time.

When a seller desires to increase their selling limits, they are allowed to request an increase once every 30 days. Mark your calendar and every 30 days request an increase until you have your selling limit well above anything you think you will ever need. Below is a link to where you can go to ask for a selling limit increase. It is the third option in the link below.
