Lot of question about my profile

Hi,

I'm a long term member of eBay and now I have lot of problem. 

- First and most irritating is I cannot contact eBay Support because help center said every time this: "We didn't find a good match for your search. Please try again." I want direct contact to support but I cannot reach them. 

- I want pay my fees but every time refused. I tried to refresh my  bank account to USD account and still doesn't work. (I'm from Hungary and I used my hungarian bank account but it's work before now) 

- I cannot change any account setting. Name, e-mail, phonenumber, etc. Under  "My eBay" menu I cannot click any of submenu. I tried 3 different browsers (chorme, edge, firefox)

- I can upload items but views are pretty low. 

- One time payment also didnt work when I want to pay my fees.

Sorry for my bad english I'm from Hungary and English is not my native language. I hope it's still understandable.
