How long did it take for you to make eBay into a part time ?

Hi guys I was just wondering how many months or years did it take for you to make ebay into enough money to consider it a part time or side hustle mora than 500 a month ?

eBay has always been part time for me. Whether it’s $100 per month or nada.
If your eBay sales are at least $600 in 12 months the IRS considers that to be self employed.

Didn't take long; I had success right from the start pretty much.  I got my first few sales in (started slowly to learn the ways).  I've had pretty consistent sales every since.  Most years I have to close at the end of the year because I've made too much lol.  I'm staying a small business (by Canada standards) for now but it's getting harder and harder to resist the call of doing this fulltime.

I worked full time till I retired.     Ebay was part-time back then.     Since I

 don't work away from home anymore ebay is almost a full time job for me.

Two weeks? Don't remember exactly because it was 24 years ago!

About 2 weeks before listing my first item. Thinking about it alone, is part time work.

For me it became a business the minute I started buying items to resell. The amount I was selling had nothing to do with it.
