I've had a few payments not show up in the payment totals this week, I got the notice saying that the buyer paid, its time to ship. I went to the "Items awaiting shipment" list, clicked on the item, paid and printed the label but then noticed the Pending balance hadn't changed. When I go to 'transaction details', and click on 'Payment details' there's nothing there.
Right after printing the label I noticed that my pending balance hadn't changed and there was nothing showing in 'processing' either.
When I click on 'shipped items', then click on 'transaction details', there's nothing there. The item doesn't show up. I see no sign of payment at all. Its an expensive item as well.
On all other items, before and after this one it shows me full details of the transaction. This one is blank.
I can't see where the buyer paid on the seller page anywhere, all I have is the email and the fact that the item was in the Awaiting shipment list a few hours ago. All my other sales showed up as either pending or processing as soon as the buyer paid, this one shows nothing? All I have is the email saying payment was 'confirmed' saying its time to ship the item.
Am I guaranteed payment on an item once eBay sends out the 'time to ship' email?
