How long before I'm reimbursed for unused shipping label (USPS) ?

On may 12 I accidentally purchased an Ebay usps label for the wrong weight.  Immediately went in and voided the label (so that buyer would be updated) and purchased the correct label and sent out that day. 

Just checked PayPal and still have not received the refund.

Refunds come from the Shipping company- USPS takes about 3 weeks.

How do they come from USPS?  Will it show up in my transactions on ebay?  I paid for 2 labels and asked for a refund on the unused one.

eBay sends an e-mail to let you know your original payment source was credited @kilarae.
