This morning I printed the wrong label for the wrong package when packing 2 different orders. Don't you hate when that happens?? 🙂 Anyway, I voided the label right away, printed a new one and USPS voided the 1st one immediately.
In checking my eBay payment summary I see that both labels were taken out of my available funds. If this has happened to you can you please let me know approximately how long it takes for eBay to credit the amount taken for the label printed in error?
I will continue to monitor but would appreciate feedback of others. Thanks

Usually within 30 days we see the credit on our invoice. You should see it when you receive your July invoice, etc.
Make sure you diary this to track it. We've had to call before to make certain the credit was applied.

I have voided a dozen labels over the years and it seems like I get a notification by email when the credit happens. Since I was converted to the MP world I may have voided one label. I pay for labels through PayPal now so I suppose I would get a PayPal credit.

We voided one June 9th and the credit shows on the June invoice we just received. We used to get an email telling us the credit had occurred - have not received an email on this in quite some time.

...USPS will issue the refund through eBay if the label didn't get any scans within 2 weeks, only when you purchased shipping labels through eBay...
...if you purchased a shipping label from USPS (websites or their vendor machines), you have up to 10 calendar days (not 2 weeks) to use that label or you will forfeit your money...the only exception is Express Mail, but it has to be canceled within 24 hours at the PO with an approval from USPS management (Supervisor, Manager, Postmaster) for refund...
