Any buyer that buys more than one item from me I am unable to send them feedback but they can send it

to me.

I am extremely upset as they are my best customers.

I have notified ebay twice and nothing has been done .

Can you explain in more detail? 

Are you talking about someone who buys multiple litings, or someone who buys multiple quantity of the same listings? Or both? 

Are you trying to leave feedback for a single listing at a time, or multiple lisitngs simultaneously?  

What is the URL of the link or page you are using toleave feedback? 

WHat happened when you try to leave feedback? Does the page not load? Is there a error message? Does it look normal and just not save the feedback? Someting else? 

The more information you give us, the more likely it is that we can help you.

If you are trying to leave FB for a buyer who's made multiple purchases from you in a week, please note that only one of those FB will count.
