i wouldn't stress over it. people view tons of things while they are the site, means nothing, doesn't mean they are interest in buying THAT item, just as it doesn't mean they aren't... looking at your listings, nothing you have seems to be very expensive in price range, so I'll likely say it's something else, maybe competition - have you tried running searches for that item to do price/shipping comparisons?
