How is CS to address an app issue when they never have access to an iPad or iPhone?

Exhausted having to explain to CS what app problems or issues I’m having when they NEVER have access to the app. I do NOT understand this at all. I’m having an issue with the app. CS says to go to the website. Huh? Why? CS says they can’t see the app problem because they only have access to the website. How do we get help with app issues? Frustrated.

Thank you. Unfortunately, the community can’t do anything to address ebay policy changes. And that’s my issue (today), so I knew I needed to talk to CS. And, unfortunately, they can’t address it because they can’t see the app. Seems so weird that CS can’t access their own platform lol.
