This person gets several negatives each day but they are almost instantly removed and the feedback revision number has not change. I bought from them and got burned which made me notice. Here are two screenshots taken a couple days apart to show my point. They had 23 negatives scrubbed clean all from different buyers. This has been going on for months

@bubbleman2010 wrote:Seller is doing grab bag listings and buyers are buying what they think they'll get from the photo. Sellers making a ton of money and buyers are getting nothing much as close as one can get to a carnival game....
Yet they have 2000 positives on the year..........that's what amazes me.........

They've ony been selling 6 months. The lure of easy money will just draw in copycat listers,but they won't last 60 days...

The MBG snad claims have got to hurt. Grab bags were outlawed on ebay years ago, photos must depict exact items, that is, unless using the catelogs override your settings.

If you haven't paid for your item, you're a winning bidder, not a buyer!

Actually, grab bags are allowed, as long as the seller follows these rules. I believe this seller is following the first bullet point, but maybe not the second one.

Just as a data point for this morning, they're still showing 13 Neutrals and 16 Negatives. They're either overdue for a magical feedback cleanup or no longer able to arrange one.
A couple of other unusual things I noticed:
- Regarding their feedback tallies: up until the unwelcome public attention became focused on them, they were, as we know, getting a routine scrubbing of less-than-Positive feedbacks on a practically-daily basis, so the only surviving gray and red marks are very recent ones. As a result, their 1-Month, 6-Month and 12-Month tallies of Neutrals and Negatives are the same all across. To a new buyer looking at their feedback, It's as if everything was peachy up until just the past few weeks, and then something went Horribly Wrong for them. (One could argue that it did.
)
- I've seen a couple of really odd entries in their history that I've seen for other sellers as well: a red donut followed by a completely positive comment; e.g.
O Thank you for my coins
How does anyone manage to do a Neg accidentally? While the seller does show one (1) Feedback Revision, that doesn't seem like it would be the one.

it happened to me too. im watching the feedback,,, 11 negs have been removed in 4 days. I called ebay directly.they didnt care...not even that the seller still had his add that claimed "new". this is fraud on him and on ebay for knowingly allowing a seller to miss represent an item.
I'm not going to sit here doing hourly checkups, but just as a data point, in the roughly 2½ hours since my previous post, they've gotten three Negs removed, and are now standing at 13 each for Neutrals and Negs. I guess success in that little undertaking depends on who you know...
