These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation.  Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful.  In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand.  Most likely they are off for the holiday, I would try them first thing tomorrow and hopefully they can help you.

The people on the phones are not eBay employees.

They work for call centres in Utah and the Philippines which are subcontracted by eBay.

The workers have little authority and inadequate training.

Do you need to speak or chat with a human, or do you need to contact a human that could possibly help you? 
Those things easily can be different around here.  If you state your problem, even in general terms, the members here can suggest the best way to proceed.

I would venture to guess that perhaps the call back or chat reps in foreign countries do not celebrate Memorial Day.   One never knows, though.

There is rarely anything an Ebay customer service rep can do that you cannot do for yourself, which is one of the reasons why you cannot speak to one.

If you have problems reading English, you may discover the CSRs do too.

If you need to have a policy clarified, a CSR will provide an opinion which you cannot be certain is correct.

You can get a variety of opinions on this forum, some of which might be correct, and will almost always include the correct answer.

Hi- I ned help explaining why an item was removed. The DM messages I've received make it clear- no one has looked at the listing. so I would like help from a person who is able to look at the listing and explain to me what the problem is. I've typed this out multiple times already- doesn't seem to be possible to speak to anyone.

Once eBay removes it, it is no longer viewable. 
 
eBay is purposefully vague in the messaging when an item is removed. Sometimes we can tell why an item was removed if when we find out what the item was.

I was told it was removed by customer service- not enought info to determine it is authentic. BUT- There is a photo of the Hartmann logo in the leather. If i had the chance I could add photos of the logo on the zipper pull and lock but now I guess if I relist it will be removed again.  I have been selling for 22 years- never had this problem as I don't sell fake items. I think this was probably an AI issue- no person actually looked at the listing- or at similar listings of this item. CS was not helpful yesterday when i was tring to figure this out.

If it was not a specific VERO takedown, you are probably right.  In that case something in the TEXT likely was the cause.  Nobody at eBay is going to tell you exactly.  

When it is an eBay takedown, they usually give you a notification as to the reason albeit often purposely vague.  Adding more pictures and relisting will likely not help your case as much as simply listing it someplace else.  Others have reported in the past that even if they eventually got permission to relist their removed item, it was just taken down again (another policy violation recorded), and the bot game goes on. I would not be surprised if the 'humans' that used to give "permission" to relist no longer exist either.

Talking to an eBay rep won't help the situation.  As you know, takedowns are run by bot. 

Listing elsewhere is the best solution. 

Relisting on eBay will just cause you more issues.

EBay won't help you in this situation, no matter who you talk to from eBay.
