Ebay not allowing me to set shipping costs-

After 23 yaers of selling- I cant set shipping costs- - Keeps asking to set shipping- I do and it won't accept the settings - anyone else? Looks like I;m going to lose a day of work.

How does one contact a live reprentative at Ebay.
