A shipment was a couple days late due to a label being partially torn off. My buyer opened a case instead of just e-mailing me. Now he says he received it, but he doesn't know how to mark the case as resolved or item as received. IDK either from my end. Does anyone know the exact steps he needs to take to clear it up? It says my funds are still on hold. TY

If he's opened a case and the tracking shows delivered.....you, as the seller, should be able to respond to the case with the tracking and it should be closed.........that would probably be the simplest.....

Buyer should go to PURCHASE HISTORY, click down arrow MORE ACTIONS (select CLOSE CASE).
