How do you speed up daily listings without losing quality?

Hi guys need your advice here 

I want to list more but still keep nice descriptions & images. What small changes saved you time?

On the flip side they are getting everyone to click on their listings.... which boosts them up in search results...and increases sales.

Not  all people are  alike - some do or understand things than others -  speed often causes mistakes - accuracy is most important  in online communications of all sorts - even eBay listings.    Often used the sell similar option - but  proofread every thing  twice = the belt and suspenders approach.

Just my 2 cents worth.

That  why I stay 50' back of those spandex wearers when I shop at our local Walmart - they are every where in that store..

Now I liked  my Long Star Lady on a Saturday night dancing on corn meal covered dance floor in TAJ - Levis  brand preferred or just walking down the street.

Thanks. I moved to a tool that centralizes templates and inboxes (3Dsellers) and it cut my listing time a lot. Happy to share how I structure my template if anyones curious.
