How do you put a price on an unique item and where to list it?

The item in question is an Organic Beetroot Head, listed under "Collectible Figures Pieces & Parts".

What's the big deal? Well, it's a one-of-a-kind and, that alone, makes it special and unique.

The questions are:

How do you put a price on something like this?

And in which Category would you list it?

Correct, but if you're the buyer and you buy it for 1k, $15 are peanuts.

Still, it's just a reference price.

And don't forget that 1k might seem too much to you today, but who knows how much will it be worth the next day?
