How do you handle when ebay won't let you send a invoice?

I sold a football card and I tried to send an invoice but I wasn't allowed to and instead I received a message and ebay authentication program. How to proceed?

Was there a particular reason you were sending an invoice? Buyers receive one from eBay. Was there something different about the one you wanted to send?

The buyer should have gotten an invoice from Ebay. Anyway, he will see it on MY Purchases.  If he has the ebay app, there will be a red dot indicating that he has a notification.

This is for the Dan Marino?  I'm not sure, as others said, why you need to send an invoice but that card has to go to the authenticators first. Not sure if maybe you didn't understand that as checking your sold's that is the only item I see that has had to be authenticated.

If Ebay tells you that you need to send it to the authenticator,  that's what you need to do. This is to ensure and verify that the item you are selling and sending to the buyer is authentic as posted.

Make sure the buyer has PAID before you send it to the authenticator.
