How do you get to chat or talk to someone at eBay about a problem

I listed five things for 5-day auction, one promoted. They're now remained 2 days and 4 hours on the listings, and they still have not been displayed on eBay.  How do I get my money back for the promoted listing. Does anyone know how to actually speak or chat with somebody at eBay

I see when I do a search for the horse and see 3 listings when I go to "view items" by you.

I'll have to check and see if it shows your view.  I've had 0 views on all my listings and had other friends type the listing title and not found mine.

Okay since I just asked and you responded, there's been 2 views on the horse.

You should now have more views, as not only did I get to the page showing your items, I clicked to "view" each of them.

Could you please view all 3 to see if they show as being viewed so I can check?  It does not seem right to list something for 5 days and only possibly get 2 when paying additional fees for promoted

Yes your views have shown up.  Thanks, maybe my listings and photos are just so bad that no one will even click on them once to view.  And not sure why my friends that aren't ebayers couldn't bring them up last night... Again thanks!

The radio came up in a search. There are 41 other people selling that radio, so many choices for the buyer. I didn't check the others.

Why do a 5 day auction? I'd do a 7 day. Ultimately, you will most likely need to do a buy it now on the radio to sell it, & it will take many months

I searched for one of your items using Radio Shack Pocket Radio.  It did not come up as the search category automatically changed to "Portable am/fm radio" and your listing is in another category.  That might be why people aren't finding that listing.   I don't have time to check your other listings but you can search for them and see if ebay changes the search category.

You are confused. You can have 30 things listed at auction and get NO views. Don't assume everything you list people will click on or want.

Your first message more or less implied that your listings were not visible.

When people here replied that your listings were viewable and viewed them, then it appears that your complaint is that, since you're paying for promoted etc, you don't know why there are not more views.
